This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our General Terms and Conditions of Use and applies to all users of the Services, including Administrators, Clients, Resellers, and End Users. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. Upon termination of your subscription, your account and associated data will be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by legal or regulatory obligations.

6. International Data Transfers

In such cases, Piixoo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable, to maintain a high level of data protection.

9. Subprocessors and Third Parties

We may engage subprocessors to provide parts of the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics). All subprocessors are contractually bound to comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain adequate security levels.
